here is a breakdown of our pricing guide.

As photographers we are often told that we have an easy job, or that you could do it yourself. If this was the case, you would be a photographer and you most definitely would not be inquiring on our services.

This will explain why we charge what we charge, what you are actually paying for, and why you should embrace it.

 

Estimated Cost of Goods

Cellphone Contracts – R1100 minimum / month

Insurance                – R325 – R800 minimum / month

Internet & WiFi Cost- R1160 / month

Equipment              – R4500 – R50 000

PC/Laptop Upkeep  – R12 000 – R32 000

External for Backup – R2400 minimum / external

Memory Cards        – R400 – R800 / card

Delivery USB’s        – R150 – R220 / USB

Software                – R4000 – R16 000 / Program & Updates

Travel Fees            – R2.50 – R4.50 / km

Marketing              – R120 – R600 / item

 

Estimated Labor Time

Marketing                          – 1 – 4 hours

Admin                               – 1 – 2 hours

Finances                           – 1 – 2 hours

Website Upkeep                – .30 – 4 hours

Communication with Client – 1 – 2 hours

Researching for Shoot        – 1 – 2 hours

Photographing                   – 1 – 3 hours

Retouching                       – 4 – 10 hours

Re-sizing, Exporting, etc   – .30 – 1 hours

Client Galleries                – 1 hour minimum

Traveling Time                 – .30 – 2 hours

 

Quality

You are paying for the Confidence we have in ourselves, which comes from the Education we have received. You are paying for the Expectation you have and the Creativity we exude in delivering on those Expectations.
